Divers Tech Service Flow Telemetry Software is designed to work with any electronic flow bench. By default the software comes configured Scuba Instruments flow bench. Simply press start data sweep and the user will be prompted to turn tank pressure to 3400 PSI. Once the user has done so, click ok and increase the flow until 25 cf/m is reached at which point the user will be prompted to turn the tank pressure bellow 600 PSI. After the user verifies correct tank pressure is set, the sweep start again until the user increases flow to 25cf/m. The program will out put 2 lines (One for high pressure data sweep and one for low pressure data sweep) on 2 graphs. the first graph will compare flow rate with vacuum pressure (magnehelic). The 2nd graph will show Flow rate compared with intermediate pressure. After complete the user is prompted to perform a leak test by closing the tank valve. If any change is detected in the high pressure reading from the regulators high pressure port the user is notified. Data can be downloaded as a PDF or sent back to the DTS OS where all documents are automatically sent to customer attached to the final RO and invoice.
