This warranty guarantees that the equipment has been fully serviced, inspected, and is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational or technical diving use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Warranty Voidance and Equipment Care<\/strong> This warranty is strictly contingent upon the proper care and maintenance of the equipment by the customer between dives. The warranty will be immediately voided if the equipment shows signs of heavy corrosion caused by improper care of the gear by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. First Annual Service Plan<\/strong> Included with the purchase of any CPO gear is a complimentary parts kit for the equipment&#8217;s first annual service. To qualify for this benefit, the equipment must be returned to Descend Again for its annual service within twelve (12) months of the original purchase date. Labor fees are not included in the first free annual parts kit, but the customer will receive a 10% discount on labor for the first service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.
